The Pyramid security manager can easily be configured to allow different users to access only information which they are authorised to see.

Linking to Office Suites… Pyramid interfaces to other Windows products such as Word Processors, Spread Sheets and Report Writers. These facilities are also available as part of Pyramid’s in-built Reporting Tool. Standard templates can be set up using a word processor, or Pyramid’s in-built Reporting Tool, allowing the personnel team to produce standard letters to employees or candidates with minimum effort.

User interface… All the screens in Pyramid are designed with the user in mind. Users already familiar with Windows take only a matter of minutes to use the system. To enable rapid data entry, all screens can be accessed by using either the mouse or by short cut keys.
