Inventory and Warehouse Management

The stock system is ideal for any stock holding operation merchants, stockists, distributors and production materials stocks. The system provides real time stock levels adjusted immediately as transactions occurs.

· Set-up as many Stockyards or Warehouses as required at a location.

· Stockyards/Warehouses can be further sub-divided into unlimited bays or locations.

· Stock can be held in batches. De-stocking methods can be defined from Last In First Out (LIFO), First In First Out (FIFO) or expiry date.

· Stock levels can be accessed from the sales order line entry form.

· Minimum and maximum stock levels can be held to automate purchase order generation.

· Stock can be allocated to an order prompting the correct stock and location at time of despatch.

· When viewing stock levels users can see stock locations, quantities of book stock, stock on order, quantity scheduled, allocated and free stock.

· Stock counts can be carried out on a hand held device, such as a PDA, and uploaded into the system.

· The stock system aids stock rotation policies and waste reduction.

· The module can hold pre-paid stock for customers raising a zero charge when dispatched.

· Stock is updated as stock transactions happen. When a despatch transaction or any stock movement occurs the stock levels are updated immediately.

· Products produced can be batched if required. A batch specific, user defined property can be assigned. For example, serial numbers or sell-by dates.
