The Sales Module has been designed to take orders in a telesales environment. Orders can be produced from quotations and in turn can raise Purchase Orders or Works Orders for manufacture.

Sales Order Processing moved through the cycle of recording an order, order scheduling, transport booking, loading and despatch through to customer invoicing.
Customers have the power to create blanket orders that can be called off in stages, as and when required. This helps you to help your customers work in a way that suits them and provides them with a level of service they demand in a competitive environment. Orders may be for standard stock products or made to order products. Create Purpose Made or Customer Specific Products when entering an order line.
· Create Cash Sales Accounts at order entry producing pro-forma invoices.
· Price Management allows changes to standard product prices and outstanding orders.
· From the Order Entry Form, view production planning and work in progress for a product as well as real time free stock levels.
· Highly developed customer analysis and reporting is available as standard.
· Generate Purchase Orders to multiple suppliers from one sales order. Schedules are linked between sales order lines and purchase order lines.
Tender Projects
As a supplier to Projects involved in a tender process you may be required to quote more than one customer for the same job. The Project module is designed to keep track of all quotations against a project.
This can also be used to keep track of quotations for a project you are bidding for.
· Track major project information by importing Glenigan planning permission leads.
· Record as many quotations as required against a project.
Linked to the Contact Management System. Identify which contacts are gaining the most work.
