The Contact Management module is designed to enable the organisation to focus on contacts. Contacts can be Customers, Agents, Suppliers or Specifiers of your products.
Track Customer and Contact Activity
Single entry of Customer Information, Addresses and Contact details. Designed to provide you with all the information quickly about customers and contacts and their interaction with you.
· Maintain a history of all contact with Customers and potential customers.
· Assign tasks to a person recording follow up actions and escalation procedures if actions are not undertaken.
· View Tender Projects, Quotations, Orders, Samples or Literature sent to or requested by to a company or a person.
· Identify and monitor trends in ordering patterns to see if customer accounts are increasing or reducing.
· Divide your customers into groups on their spending patterns including factors such as value, quantity and frequency of ordering so different marketing strategies can be applied.
· Record details about your contacts such as their interests or hobbies.
· Create your own marketing campaigns to any selected groups of contacts. Record responses and successful outcomes.
· Maintain mailing lists for specific interests groups within your contacts or groups to be informed if a certain event occurs.
· Each address can hold an unlimited number of contacts. An address and a contact can hold an unlimited number of contact methods such as, telephone numbers, email addresses and fax numbers.
Quotations
Provide and track quotations for standard products or create new products for customer requirements.
The system will enable you to analyse quotations that have been both successful and unsuccessful providing you with a tool measure why jobs were won or lost.
