Our policy is to support one standard core product used by all our customers. The modules are highly configurable.

Customisation is an available option where functionality does not exist within the core product. Alternate forms or features can be quickly assembled in our Rapid Development environment.

On-Going Product Development

The modules are adapting to different business environments and change all the time. Rather than bombard customers with every small change as it happens; a major release is planned on a yearly basis with a mid year minor release. This will be optional to customers if they wish to take advantage of changes made so far.

Each module undergoes a vigorous quality testing regime before it is released. We do not rely on our customers to test our products for us.

The main focus of product development comes from feedback from Customers and suggestions they have for improvements and on-going development. Customers have the largest say in how the product is developed.
